Summer 2025 request

This form must be completed by student-athletes who wish to request athletic scholarship for Summer Semester.

The deadline for submitting this form is noon on Tuesday, March 18. At that time, Glada Horvat will gather additional information from coaches and academic counselors related to the request. A personalized email response will be sent to you before Fall Semester pre-registration begins on Friday, April 4, to approve or deny your request.
