Financial Literacy
The Financial Literacy Program, Dawg$ and Dollar$, helps students develop financial literacy skills around topics such as savings, banking, financing higher education, investing, payment types, and credit scores. Through online lessons and in-person programs, students complete this interactive course, helping them to improve their financial health.
The University of Georgia also has a new online resource for current students with financial hardships. In partnership with OVPI and F&A, Student Affairs has launched a new website, http://financialhardship.uga.edu/ which provides guidance and resources to help students experiencing financial hardship.
