Reporting Obligations

UGA Athletic Department employees (including coaches, staff, graduate assistants/interns and volunteers) must report certain types of information to either campus or law enforcement unless they are considered a confidential source. Confidential sources include the UGA Mental Health & Performance Department, UGA Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS), and Relationship and Sexual Violence Prevention Resources (The Fontaine Center).
