ATHENS, Ga. — Junior guard Rylie Theuerkauf, a leader both on and off the court for the No. 23-ranked Georgia Lady Bulldog basketball team, has earned a spot on the 2026 Southeastern Conference Community Service Team.
The Tenafly, N.J., native who averages 11.8 points per game and ranks fourth among all SEC players with a 41 percent clip from 3-point range, serves as Georgia’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee representative alongside teammate Savannah Henderson.
During her three-year career at Wake Forest and Georgia, Theuerkauf has been a part of several influential community service efforts. While with the Demon Deacons, she helped build beds for government housing and started a program where she served as a mentor for young girls at local elementary schools. That servant leadership has carried over to her time at Georgia, where she has spearheaded several community service initiatives, including visits to the local humane society to raise awareness for pet adoption as well as serving at local elementary schools, where the team reads and plays with kids.
