On October 17, 2016, 19 student-athletes were inducted into the University of Georgia Athletics Leadership Academy. The Leadership Education and Development (L.E.A.D.) program aims to encourage student-athletes in leadership and personal development as well as provide opportunitiesĀ to meet and interact with local, state and industry leaders. Cmdr. Leah Brown, former All-American Gym Dog, spoke to the student-athletes about the importance of leadership, community involvement and making the most of their time at UGA.
