By completing this form and requesting financial assistance, please understand that your other financial aid may be reduced to meet federal guidelines.
If you are an international student-athlete and are requesting the clothing & shoe stipend, you must complete the Office of Financial Aid’s needs analysis form. It must be completed and turned into the Financial Aid Office at the Hunter-Holmes building on North Campus. Please note that the form must be filled out as accurately as possible. Entries with “0” or “not known” will require further documentation and will delay the process.
** All student-athletes must be signed up for UGA Athletic Association direct deposit to receive financial assistance. **
