SAAC is teaming up with the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia to collect 320,000 pounds of food to distribute to families in need this holiday season.
- Collection barrels will be located in the Butts-Mehre third floor elevator area and Rankin Smith lobby.
- One point will be given for each pound of food, and the local organization that has the most points by the end will win.
- You can also donate money—every $1 raised = 6 pounds of food = 4 meals.
- Monetary contributions can be sent to Heather LaBarbera or Robert Miles.
