Recently, a group of student-athletes participated in “Touch A Heart Tuesday.” Author Kevin Hall stated: “Your gifts are not about you, Leadership is not about you, your purpose is not about you. A life of significance is about SERVING those who need your gifts, your leadership and your purpose.” Different from traditional leadership, servant leadership promotes leaders who serve. Each and every one of you exhibit those characteristics amidst all of the demands placed upon you.
