The Georgia Way hosted its first annual “MoreThanMySport : A Women’s Initiative” on April 3, 2018. We had an amazing night of encouragement and wisdom.The speaker included:
- Maria Taylor (ABJ ’09; MBA, ’13): ESPN analyst, and former basketball and volleyball student-athlete at UGA.
- Debbie Storey (BA ’80; EMBA ’06): Retired AT&T Executive Vice President of Mobility and Customer Service. Current President of the AT&T Performing Arts Center
- Dr. Leah Brown (BS ’97): Former Gymdog and Circle of Honor Inductee. Served in the U.S. Navy and volunteered for two tours in the Middle East. Current orthopedic surgeon.
- Jill Walton (BS ’99; MPA ’03): Executive Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at the University of Georgia
